In their opening match, Thailand had played to a 1-1 draw against Vietnam.
Vietnam beat Timor Leste 4-0 in the second match of the day.
Malaysia who beat Timor Leste 11-0 on Wednesday, had a rest day today.
Malaysia only play on Sunday, against Vietnam.
